Snowmobiler from Dover Centre killed in crash

A snowmobile crash between Mitchell's Bay and Pain Court in Chatham-Kent has killed the driver.

Chatham-Kent police reported a 40-year-old man from Dover Centre was pronounced dead at the scene after the snowmobile he was driving crashed on Saturday near the intersection of Mallard Line and Jacob Road in Dover Township.

Police said the driver was the lone occupant.

"Chatham-Kent Police would like to extend condolences to the family and friends of the deceased," CK police said.
