First responders, including the Chatham-Kent Police Service (CKPS), Chatham-Kent Fire and Rescue, and Emergency Medical Services (EMS), were all on scene. Buses were also present, presumably to keep residents warm and transport them away from the housing complex.
The public is advised to stay away from the area, as the police have blocked off the area.
