Tomo Matesic named Entegrus President & CEO

Entegrus has a new President and Chief Executive Officer.

The Board of Directors for the utility company announced that Tomo Matesic will replace Jim Hogan, starting March 1, 2026.

Hogan announced last June that he planned to retire after two and a half decades of service to the company.

Matesic was appointed after a comprehensive search done by an external firm.

"Tomo's leadership, deep operational expertise, and unwavering commitment to community values make him the ideal person to lead Entegrus into its next phase of growth and innovation," said Max Fantuz, Chair of the Entegrus Board of Directors. "It was clear that Tomo's vision, experience, and proven track record align perfectly with Entegrus' strategic priorities."

Matesic joined Entegrus in 2005 and previously held the role of Vice President Engineering and Operations.

"I am honoured to be entrusted with leading Entegrus at such a dynamic time for the energy sector," said Matesic. "I look forward to working with our exceptional employees, Board of Directors, and community partners as we continue to deliver safe, reliable, innovative, and sustainable energy solutions that our customers can depend on."
