Two Chatham homes were heavily damaged during a fire.
Chatham-Kent (CK) fire crews responded to Park Street, near the Baxter Street intersection, at roughly 6:30 a.m. Tuesday morning.
Both homes needed to be boarded up, though there's currently no estimate of the extent of the damage.
Assistant Chief at CK Fire and Rescue Dan Parent told CK News Today that he doesn't believe anyone was injured or displaced.
The cause of the fire is also unknown at this time.
Parent added that CK police, as well as potentially the Ontario Fire Marshal's Office, are investigating the incident at this time.
