Changes happening at Lambton College, including construction of a new student residence, will be highlighted during the school's Fall Open House this weekend.
Prospective students are invited to tour the school on Saturday, November 15.
Enrollment Advisor Brady Chambers said it's the perfect opportunity to learn about some of the new programs Lambton has to offer.
"We've also moved our programming around and a lot of common areas share a first year," said Chambers. "So we've expanded our school of business, we have brand new two year business diplomas in human resources, supply chain management, finance, marketing and sustainable agriculture."
Chambers said representatives from every single program will be there.
"You can walk thorough our brand new teaching hospital, it's 42 beds and you can go see it in person, every single lab is open," he said.
Chambers said information sessions will also be held on financial aid and transitioning to college life.
"We've really moved to a destination school," he said. "I've been here for seven years in student recruitment helping people find the school in the first place and the amount of people we're seeing move from all over Ontario and all over Canada to come study in Sarnia is really amazing."
Attendees can enter a draw to win free tuition, and for potential applicants, Lambton College will be covering the $150 fee for any new applications to a full-time, non-waitlisted program during the Open House.
There will also be shuttles running to the Fire School in Corunna.
Saturday's open house runs from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m.
