The Sarnia Sting will take a glimpse of their future this weekend.
The OHL club's 2026 Development Camp will take place on Friday and Saturday at Clearwater Arena.
The event provides team management with the opportunity to evaluate its most recent draft picks, its prospects, and invited free agents.
Prospects will be divided into three teams, named after Sting alumni Steven Stamkos, Travis Konecny, and Jacob Chychrun.
Friday will feature team practices, and Saturday will feature a round-robin tournament. All events are open to the public and free of charge.
Team Stamkos will practice at 2 p.m. on Friday, Team Chychrun at 3 p.m., and Team Konecny at 4 p.m.
The round-robin tournament will begin at 9:30 a.m. on Saturday, with 50 minutes allotted for each game. The championship game will be at 12:30 p.m. and will last 30 minutes.
Complete information about the development camp is available on the Sting's official website.
