Ontario Provincial Police in Leamington have determined there was no foul play involved in the death of a 33-year-old over the weekend.
Officers were called to a home on County Road 14 in Leamington around 9:45 a.m. Sunday.
Police say the person was found in a retention pond and was pronounced deceased on the scene.
No further information has been provided.
