Kingsville man arrested after commercial break-and-enter

Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have arrested a man in connection with a commercial break-in over the weekend.

Officers from the Kingsville detachment were called to the area of Division Street South and Mill Street West, at around 5:30 a.m. on Saturday. Soon after they arrived, they found the suspect nearby.

A 32-year-old man has been charged with break-and-enter to commit an offence, possession of break-in instruments, and failure to comply with a probation order.

The charges have not been proven in court.

The suspect was released with a date set in a Windsor court on October 30.
