School busing is operational within the City of Windsor.
School buses in both the city and county will run Tuesday afternoon.

Among 60 markets studied, Windsor ranked 45th, Sarnia 47th, and London 34th for average rents.
Firefighters were called to the building around 10 a.m. on Monday.
The project started in April.
