Windsor Police seek suspects that robbed gas station

The Windsor Police Service is looking for the public's help locating two suspects following a knifepoint robbery in the city’s east end.

On Tuesday morning, around 1:40 a.m., officers responded to a report of an armed robbery at a business in the 9900 block of Tecumseh Road East.

Police said the investigation determined that two masked men entered the gas station, with one of them brandishing a knife.

The suspects stole cash and merchandise before fleeing the area on foot.

No injuries were reported.

The first man is described as wearing a black toque, black ski mask, red zip-up sweater, and black jeans.

The second man is described as a wearing a black ski mask, black sweater, blue jeans, and black shoes. He was carrying a blue satchel.

According to police, both suspects were heard speaking Punjabi.
