A 61-year-old man, already facing sexual assault-related charges, now faces a charge of violating his bail conditions.
The man was charged in March with sexual assault offences.
The Ontario Provincial Police Essex County Detachment Offender Management Apprehension Program arrested the man on Monday.
He was remanded into custody.
The OPP program monitors and manages high-risk and repeat offenders. It enhances community safety by ensuring that those out on bail or under other court-ordered release conditions comply with those conditions through compliance checks and enforcement initiatives.
