A driver is recovering from non-life-threatening injuries after a crash Thursday night in Lakeshore.
The Ontario Provincial Police were called to investigate a two-vehicle crash on County Road 22 at Patillo Road just before 11 p.m.
As a result, a 41-year-old Belle River man is charged with careless driving, operation of a motor vehicle while impaired by alcohol or drugs, and failure or refusal to comply with a demand.
The officer suspended the drivers' license and impounded his vehicle for a week.
The accused will also have to attend the Ontario Court of Justice in Windsor on July 13.
