The Ontario Provincial Police has shut down the intersection of Murdoch Street and Arthur Street South as they investigate an incident in Harrow.
They were called just after 4 a.m. on Monday.
Police said the investigation is in it's early phase, so details are scarce, but there is no threat to public safety.
There is an increased police presence in the area.
The OPP said they will release more information as it becomes available.
