Windsor police are investigating after a 14-year-old girl was grabbed and sexually assaulted Thursday afternoon.
Police report the girl was walking near the intersection of Tilston Drive and Askin Avenue around noon when she was approached by an unknown man. The man reportedly grabbed the girl by the arm, pulled her toward him and sexually assaulted her.
The victim pushed the suspect away and ran to a safe place.
Windsor police were notified of the incident around 2 p.m.
Investigators with the Child Abuse and Sexual Assault Unit are looking for surveillance or dash-cam footage from the area that may show the suspect or help in the investigation.
The suspect is described as a Middle Eastern man, between 40 and 60 years old, around 6' to 6'2" tall, with a muscular build, short black hair and a beard.
