Two Windsor teens are being charged after allegedly assaulting four children.
On Friday, Windsor police launched an investigation after receiving a report that four children were assaulted while walking home from school the day before.
The children told officers that two older youths approached them, brandished a knife and BB gun, and threatened them.
They allege that one of the youth pressed a knife to one of their chests and forced another child to get on their knees and kiss one of the youth's shoes.
Police say the attackers filmed the incident and then shared it on social media. The two youth were then identified and arrested.
A 14-year-old boy has been charged with four counts of assault with a weapon, four counts of uttering threats, and possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose.
The other youth, a 13-year-old boy, is charged with three counts of assault with a weapon, three counts of uttering threats, and possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose.
The two youth can't be named due to the Youth Criminal Justice Act.
