CK Jobs is getting ready to hold a job fair in Tilbury.
The fair will be held at the Tilbury Arena Community Centre at 49 Bond Avenue on September 18, beginning at 2 p.m.
Several companies will be on hand looking to hire, and multiple municipal and community resource booths will also be available to help the public navigate employment and social services, public health, and housing.
Several open houses will also be held from September 15-24.

CKJobs made a presentation at Chatham-Kent Council on Monday night to highlight some of its achievements.
Chatham-Kent Employment and Social Services Program Manager Matt Keech told councillors that in 2024-2025, 275 job seekers were helped in securing employment opportunities, 203 job seekers received job retention support, 160 employers were assisted to fill vacant positions, and 129 were given skills training.
Keetch explained that CKJobs is funded by the province and has an annual budget of $2.4 million, $2 million for operations, and the rest for program support.
CKJobs is expected to support 1,325 job seekers a year.
