The union locals representing special constables and energy employees at the University of Windsor have announced tentative deals.
Unifor Local 444 reported via social media on Thursday afternoon that a potential agreement was reached with the university.
The local represents 26 special constables, who provide public safety for the campus.

No details have been released yet on when a ratification vote will take place. Details of the agreement have not been released.
Unifor Local 2458 has also announced a tentative agreement for 16 employees in the school's Energy Conversion Centre (ECC).
Local 2458 Secretary-Treasurer Mike Kisch confirmed to WindsorNewsToday.ca that a ratification vote from ECC workers will take place on Monday.
Talks between the two sides heated up going into Labour Day, with the constables suggesting a walkout ahead of the start of fall classes. The union locals agreed to extend the current agreements so that the start of the semester would not be disrupted.
The university has not commented on the tentative agreements.
