The City of Windsor says the centre is experiencing disruptions currently, although work is underway to resolve the issue.
You can access the same municipal service in a number of ways, including calling 519-255-2439.
Residents can also submit service requests through the Windsor 311 mobile phone app, 311 Online, or by emailing 311@citywindsor.ca.
The city said it will issue an update when the disruption is fixed.
