The Salvation Army Windsor Centre of Hope raised over $237,590.23 through its Kettle Campaign this holiday season.
“Every donation and every volunteer shift represents more than a dollar amount. It represents care, dignity, and hope for people in our community. We are deeply grateful to everyone who made this possible, and we remain committed to serving those in need with respect and compassion,” said Jason Linton, Executive Director of the Salvation Army Windsor Centre of Hope.
The Salvation Army had kettles and volunteers stationed at 15 locations throughout the community. They were hoping to raise $250,000 during this year's campaign.
All of the funds raised will go toward running programs and services at the Salvation Army.
