A Leamington man has been charged for allegedly causing a fatal overdose.
Back on May 14, 2025, emergency services responded to a call about a woman in medical distress in Leamington. She later passed away in the hospital from an apparent fentanyl-related overdose.
After investigating, Essex County OPP arrested a 26-year-old man and charged him with manslaughter and trafficking fentanyl.
