A 58-year-old has been charged in connection with a crash that killed a toddler and injured several others.
The crash involving three vehicles happened on March 9, 2026 around 10 a.m. at the intersection of Highway 3 and County Road 31.
Five people were taken to the hospital after the collision.
15-month-old Hudson Marteniano was killed and his mother was seriously injured.
After an investigation by the Ontario Provincial Police, the 58-year-old Windsor resident was arrested and charged with dangerous operation causing death and dangerous operation causing bodily harm.
