The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement Squad, also known as R.O.P.E. is looking for a 63-year-old man who is known to frequent Windsor and Essex County.
Guy Fowler faces a long list of charges including sexual assault of a person under 16, sexual interference, sexual exploitation, possession of child pornography, voyeurism, and failure to attend court.
Fowler is described as white, 6'2", 280 lbs, with a tattoo of a wolf on his left shoulder.
He's also known to frequent Cobourg and Northumberland County.
