Windsor police are hoping someone can help them find suspects connected to property damage complaints stretching back to mid-March.
The first was on March 15. Someone was seen vandalising a parked vehicle on Pleasant Place off Pillette Road.
The next one was reported on April 4. A man riding a bicycle was seen cutting phone wires on Dougall Avenue near Norfolk Street.
Finally, on Saturday, May 23, three people were seen kicking in the front door of a house on McDougall Street near City Hall Square.
