Windsor Fire and Rescue Services were called to the scene on Stanley Street overnight on July 17.
On July 18, Windsor Fire said that no one was injured in the blaze but that the family who was living in the home, one adult and five children, had been displaced.
The fire damage is estimated at $500,000, including damage to neighbouring homes.
The cause of the fire is being investigated.
The Ontario Provincial Police have located a missing 15-year-old boy.
Anyone with information on her whereabouts is asked to contact Windsor police.
