If the plan is to check out Open Streets Windsor, there are some things you need to know before you go.
There is construction along the traditional East End route, so this year, the event will feature two separate routes along Erie Street East and Parent Avenue, and on Ottawa Street and Wyandotte Street East.
Drivers who need to cross the event route during Open Streets Windsor can cross at designated points.
They are:
* Wyandotte Street East at Jefferson Boulevard
* Wyandotte Street East at Pillette Road
* Wyandotte Street East at George Avenue
* Ottawa Street at Lincoln Road
* Ottawa Street at Gladstone Avenue
* Giles Boulevard East at Parent Avenue
Streets along the route will close at 9 a.m. and reopen at 3 p.m.
Hubs this year are:
* Via Italia Hub
* Lanspeary Park Hub
* Ottawa Street Hub
* Power Hub
* Pillette Village Hub
* Olde Riverside Hub
* Miracle Park Hub
