For a third year, the LaSalle Firefighters Association is bringing back its LaSalle Gives Back campaign.
Between Thursday, November 12, and Saturday, November 14, LaSalle firefighters and community volunteers will be on the streets handing out newsletters and accepting donations.
Volunteers will be posted at different intersections and outside of businesses across LaSalle.
Each contribution stays in LaSalle.
"No matter the amount, it helps make a direct impact close to home by providing vital support to local families, youth, and individuals in need throughout the year," said a release.
This year's campaign will support the St. Andrews Anglican Church Community Food Bank and the LaSalle Hangout for Youth.
The campaign was launched in 2024 and has raised $138,000 so far. Last year, $72,843 was collected.
