Members of OPP responded to Chiefs Road around 5:53 a.m. Saturday morning, after reports of a one-vehicle crash.
The 37-year-old driver was taken to the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance before being airlifted to Victoria Hospital in London.
OPP closed Chiefs Road while they investigated, and reopened the road after a few hours.
The investigation is ongoing.
According to Windsor Police, a vehicle collided with a man on a bike on Tecumseh Road East.
