Police seized more than $69,000 worth of illegal drugs and arrested four people following a months-long investigation in Stratford.
Stratford police launched the drug trafficking probe in the spring, which led officers to search two homes on Ontario Street and Devon Street on June 16. Investigators allegedly found 689.3 grams of cocaine and eight grams of crystal methamphetamine, as well as drug trafficking paraphernalia, during the searches.
A 24-year-old woman and three men, aged 26, 31, and 49, all from Stratford, were arrested and charged. Police did not specify the charges against the four individuals.
Two of the accused were held for bail hearings, while the other two were released on undertakings with court dates set for July 27, police said.
