Windsor police say a 35-year-old man on bail in an alleged assault case is in additional trouble.
The man was first arrested in November 2025 on charges that included assault with a weapon, possession of a weapon dangerous to the public peace, failure to comply with a release order, and failure to comply with an undertaking.
He was granted bail, which included electronic monitoring and house arrest.
Bail compliance officers later determined that the man had apparently breached his conditions.
Late Friday morning, the suspect was picked up by police in the area of Oak Avenue and Riverside Drive West. One count of failure to comply with a release order was added to his list of charges.
The charges have not been proven in court.
