A Windsor man has been charged after a two-vehicle crash took down a hydro pole and sent one person to the hospital.
According to the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), a delivery van and an SUV collided on Highway 40 at Countryview Line in Chatham-Kent.
Emergency services responded to the scene at roughly 7:40 a.m. Tuesday.
The driver of the SUV was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, and OPP closed the road for around four hours while the hydro pole was repaired.
