Windsor Police have arrested a 58-year-old man after a violent road rage incident earlier this month in a parking lot on Wyandotte Street East.
On the afternoon of February 5, police responded to an assault in the parking lot of a gas station near St. Rose Avenue. The victim pulled into the parking lot, and another driver followed him. The two drivers had a heated exchange that escalated into a physical fight.
The victim suffered serious injuries.
Police released a description and photo of the suspect last week, and shortly before 8 a.m. on Tuesday, a man turned himself over to police.
The man is charged with assault causing bodily harm.
