Windsor police say a 39-year-old man wanted on multiple sex-related charges has turned himself in.
Investigators with the Child Abuse Sexual Assault Unit had been looking for Matthew Lewis Rivest in connection with the sexual assault and forcible confinement of a minor.
Rivest surrendered at Windsor Police Headquarters early Thursday morning.
He is charged with sexual assault, sexual interference, assault, forcible confinement, and three counts of criminal harassment.
The charges have not been proven in court.
