The Ontario Provincial Police has charged a Leamington man after a crash that injured a driver and a passenger.
The two-vehicle collision on Highway 77 near Mersea Road 5 happened around 5:45 p.m. on Wednesday and resulted in a temporary road closure.
The two hurt in the crash suffered non-life-threatening injuries.
A 24-year-old driver faces charges under the Highway Traffic Act and the Compulsory Automobile Insurance Act. They include two counts of careless driving causing bodily harm, driving a vehicle without a license, and failure to have an insurance card.
