Windsor police laid charges after three young girls, 11, 13, and 16, were sexually and physically assaulted.
Officials report they were first called to a home on Moy Avenue around noon on Wednesday.
Officers were told the three girls met a 15-year-old boy at Lanspeary Park and then accompanied him back to his house on Moy Avenue.
Once at the home, it's alleged that the girls were given alcohol and the 11-year-old was sexually assaulted. According to police, the 16-year-old was also taken into a separate room and sexually assaulted. Police say when the 13-year-old tried to intervene, she was physically assaulted.
Eventually, the girls were able to intervene and left the house. A witness saw the girls and called the police.
The suspect was arrested in the area of Hall Avenue and Shepherd Avenue.
The 15-year-old was charged with sexual assault, sexual interference, forcible confinement, and assault.
A 37-year-old woman was also arrested and charged with obstructing a police officer and resisting arrest.
