Bright Lights Windsor returns next Friday with more interactive light displays and expanded programming.
"We like to continue to make things great so every year we look at things and see what's cool and new so that we can add some extra moments. We do have a lot of good selfie moments and features so we like to add those items into the park each year to make it exciting," said Nada Tremblay, Manager of Community Programming at the City of Windsor.
Due to its popularity, the holiday market and the licensed chalet will operate an additional day each week. Local artisans and food vendors will be set up from Thursday to Sunday. The chalet will also have programming for seniors on Tuesdays and for kids on Wednesdays.
Also new this year, the city will be offering mobility tours from 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. every evening.
Santa will visit the park Fridays and Saturdays. Sensory-friendly nights are offered on Monday evenings.
The park will also open to visitors Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays for a morning walking club from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m.
