Two arrests in retail theft at Cabana Road store

Windsor Police have arrested a second suspect wanted after thefts from a business on Cabana Road East.

Police say two men walked into the business on October 24, picked up multiple tools worth about $1,400, and left without paying.

Four days later, one of the men returned, took more tools, and again left without paying for them.

Police arrested the first suspect, a 33-year-old man, near McDougall Street and City Hall Square on November 3.

He was charged with theft under $5,000 and failing to comply with a release order.

The second suspect was arrested on November 13. A 47-year-old man was picked up by officers on Glengarry Avenue and now faces a charge of theft under $5,000.
